01Who we are
NEGOTIA is provided by Negocia by CVSCORE.PRO (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using NEGOTIA you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
02The service
NEGOTIA is an AI negotiation training simulator. AI opponents, coaching and scores are generated automatically for practice and education only. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and may contain mistakes.
03Your account
You need a valid email address to use NEGOTIA. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile.
04Free plan
Every account includes 3 free simulations (4 if you signed up through a shared badge link). A simulation counts as used as soon as it starts. Deleting a simulation does not restore a free slot.
05Subscription and billing
NEGOTIA Unlimited costs $14.99 per month (applicable taxes may be added at checkout) and renews automatically every month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically; access ends if the subscription is finally cancelled.
06Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel at any time in Profile → Manage subscription. After cancelling, you keep unlimited access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments are non-refundable: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.
07Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, no unlawful, abusive or harmful content in simulations, and no sharing of accounts. We may suspend or block accounts that break these rules.
08Your content
You keep the rights to what you type or say in simulations. You allow us to process it to run the service (including sending it to our AI providers, without your email). Please do not include sensitive personal information.
09Availability and changes
We work to keep NEGOTIA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, prices or these Terms; for paid subscribers, price changes take effect from the next billing period after notice.
10Liability
NEGOTIA is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
